A living proof that no matter what career you choose, if it is not your passion, you will eventually get back to it. Keep that in the back of your mind when you make your next move: career fulfillment can’t be denominated in dollars and cents. It’s all about how your work makes you feel at the end of the day. They say that if you do what you love, you’ll never work a day in your life.

When you will read the interview you will feel his passion for food, how everything he does evolve around this love.

In our today work environment we are witnessing an increased amount of people who are quitting their jobs or creating in parallel the business of their dreams and passions.

Usually in your career if you don’t feel motivated, passionate or self-actualized and if your job is not what you love, it is hard to enjoy such a luxury.

Many reasons causes people to eventually do it, insufficient pay, lack of growth opportunities and lack of passion among many other reasons.

Being motivated primarily by income had a strong association with restlessness in one’s job and a desire to change positions, even at the highest income levels.

People in jobs they were passionate about tended to stay much longer in those jobs, even at lower salaries, when compared to individuals whose primary motivation for work was income, people who felt passionate about their jobs stayed happier in their roles for longer.

A lot of people lately don’t feel any particular connection to their job. If you don’t feel satisfied in your career, you are more prone to follow your dreams or your wallets?

Well he is your motivation to follow your passion, anyway you choose, check the interview for more motivation,

How you had the idea of your business?

I always smile when someone asks me this question. People usually laugh when I give them the answer. I’m simply a person who lives to eat. I take pleasure in every bite I consume. Since I was a child I had the ability to taste and distinguish different flavors and food was always a big part of my life. As I grew I always had this creative side to me and my parents helped me push this talent. When it was time I decided to become an architect. It was the perfect chose because I couldn’t imagine I could do anything else in life. In the back of my head there was always a bright light that flashes “FOOD”. One day a few years ago I went into my kitchen and started cooking for my family. Then I started experimenting more but this time I cooked for my friends. Then I realized ok this is serious let me make this my job and start cooking for other people. Trust me being in the kitchen and making people happy is one of the best things that happened to me in life.
